Spring Break

This Spring Break we decided to go to our Great Grandparents "The Farm" and it is about 2 and  half hours West. Brett (my sister's boyfriend) came with us too and our grandparents came too. We brought our gator\mule  and there are very large hills are out there and we drove the old 4-wheeler up there too it was very fun I had a good Spring Break!!!

Kansas State

Oh no!      Frank Martin the K-State basketball coach is leaving K-State and going to South Carolina!!!!
  That is terrible! Well we might be losing one of our players too, Will Spradling I guess I don't know if things are going on there that we don't know of orrr...... Well let's just hope that we get our assistant coach for our new head coach!

My 2 best friends Payton and Emily are (well me too) are going to have a best friends day where we get eachother gifts and just celebrate our friendship! It has been 6 years and I have known Payton before that since she is my cousin but since we all were best friends. I would tell you what I was gettting them but Emily checks my blog so I will tell you after (:
  
Some of you may know but it is time for some serious basket ball and for you who don't know you can fill out a braket a braket is a paper where you try to predict who  will win each game and I am filling one outand I think North Carolina will win the championship but know this I am a KANSAS STATE WILDCAT FAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
 The other night was Family Fun Night at my school and a Book Fair going on I won a prize at the FFN and I also got a book called Moon on Manifest I think that's the title. Well not much else to say so BYE!!

Animals

Today while I was in school my dog Willow had to get a shot and blood drawn at the vet. My Guinea Pig (her name is Twix but we call her Piggy(:........) was sick so she wasn't eating much because her teeth were too long so the vet had to cut some of her bottom teeth off (ouch) She had the runny nose too and the vet saw on her paw a piece of dry skin  and had to cut it off and now we need to put medicine on it and give her 2 squirts of medicine each day! Hope she feels better soon

Reuben Sandwich

It's not one of my favorites but it looks different I actually haven't tried it yet.

           
              Rye bread, swiss cheese, corned beef brisket thinly sliced, saurekraut, Russian dressing,softened butter
             
                           Dressing: Mayonnaise, ketchujp, horse raddish, Worcestershire dressing, salt, black pepper

             Tell me if you want the directions and I can show you them, I didn't think it looked too good but...

Lemon chicken

Here is a good recipe (ingredients) , it's my favorite recipe too! It's lemon chicken.
     Dressing:
   Thyme, lemon juice, onion, clove of garlic, (I think vegetable oil I'll have to look at the recipe sometime(: ) I think that's all but don't be sure I haven't memorized the recipe yet haha.
     
     Comment if you want to know the amount of the ingredients! I hope it sounds good and if you think the lemon sounds weird but it's really delicious!! Hope you want the recipe! thanks!
